It is with heavy hearts we announce that after a brave battle, we say goodbye to a great man. God called Dave on November 15, 2014 at the age of 46. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife and soulmate Daniela. He will always be cherished and never forgotten by his beloved and devoted son Matteo. He leaves behind heartbroken parents Franco and Franca and mother in law Nancy. Older brother, protector and friend to Luana Locke who will always keep him in her heart. He is now re-united in Heaven with his son Marco and many others dear to his heart. He will be sadly missed and held dear in the hearts of his nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and countless friends. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905 850-3332) on Monday from 6-9pm and Tuesday from 2-4 & 6-9pm. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday November 19, 2014 at 9:30am at St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church (100 Bainbridge Ave., at Martin Grove Rd). Entombment to follow at Glendale Memorial Gardens (on Albion Rd., at Hwy 27). If so desired donations in memory of Dave may be made to Marco's Way through the SickKids Foundation.
