Sardellitti (nee Pennett), Patricia (Pat) Ann
Pat graced the world with her presence. Sadly, Pat left us peacefully, surrounded by her family in her home, on September 18, 2014 in her 75th year. She has left lasting impressions with everyone she met and the world is that much better because of her. She will be forever missed and cherished by her loving husband Frank, her children Angela (Fraser Plant), Susie and Frankie (Mary) and of course her best friend in the world Pat Chepack-Pogue. Pat was the proud Nana and now guardian angel of Madison, Mitchell, Kennedy, Chloe, Cynthia, Christopher, Matthew, Andrew and Ava. Pat was admired as a sister and loved deeply by her brother-in-law John (Janine) Sardellitt, sister Grace (Lloyd) and brothers Glenn (Cathy) and Wayne (Judy). She will be held dear in the hearts of her nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and countless friends. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905 850-3332) on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-9pm. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday September 22, 2014 at 9:30am at St. Margaret Mary Roman Catholic Church (8500 Islington Ave., south of Langstaff Rd.). Entombment will follow at Westminster Cemetery (Bathurst St., north of Finch Ave.). In the true essence of who Pat was and because of the many lives she's changed the family would like to continue her legacy by changing the lives of others.
