God called Giuseppe peacefully on July 22, 2014 at the age of 103 1 month 2 weeks. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 76 years & 9 months Esterina Murdocca. Predeceased by his parents Vincenzo and Maria Anna Ali, his brother Rocco in Marina di Gioiosa Jonica ,his 100 year old sister Maria Teresa and his baby daughter Anna. Giuseppe will be cherished by his dear children Hedy (Luciano Biscaro),Osvaldo (Vilma Tanel) and Marina (Damiano Petrozza). Proud grandfather of Silvana (Saverio Sisto), Martin (Pina Versace), Adam Logozzo, Kristen Logozzo, Jennifer Petrozza, Vincent Petrozza, and Sonia Petrozza. Great grandfather to Sal Sisto, Luca Sisto, Stefano Biscaro, and Martin Biscaro. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905 850-3332) on Thursday from 6-9pm and Friday from 2-4 and 6-9pm. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday July 26, 2014 at 8:30am at St. Clare of Assisi Roman Catholic Church (150 St. Francis Ave., off Rutherford Rd., west of Weston Rd.). Entombment will follow at Westminster Cemetery (Bathurst St. north of Finch Ave.). If so desired donations in memory of Giuseppe may be made to The Hospital for Sick Children or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
